Research Interest

Molecular cell biologist specializing in immunology, cancer, inflammation, and vascular biology. Strong hands-on experience with basic biochemical and molecular techniques. Experienced in single-cell RNA sequencing, high parametric flow cytometry and transgenic mouse models. Generating interpretable biology from multi omics: big data, metabolomics, RNA sequencing.
